The 17th ITS Asia Pacific Forum is being hosted in Brisbane by ITS Australia at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The 4-day forum will include a strong industry program including tours and demonstrations, an exhibition, as well as an exciting social program. The 2021 ITS APAC Forum Theme of “ITS Innovation Creating Liveable Communities” will demonstrate Australia’s new initiatives and adapted learnings from the advances of our neighbouring megacities. Key topics to be covered included MaaS (Mobility as a Service), Autonomous Vehicles, Data Analytics and network development.

Employing 100 people in high skilled trades, design, site based delivery and leading edge VR and AR roles, the Group uses the latest 3D visualization technologies with advanced robotics to produce an infinite variety of steel structures with unparalleled accuracy. It has transformed the part that steel fabrication plays in providing modern structures and systems that we all rely on every day.
Holovision was created in 2018 spearheaded by the innovative spirit of Watkins Group, to manage an increasing demand for optimised workflows capable of capturing, transforming, registering, and displaying data within acceptable time-frames, supporting risk mitigation and decision making processes. The construction industry in particular, is experiencing a faster data growth rate due to the high accuracy sensors used for surveying and quality assurance. Machine-generated data is expected to add to this complex information workflow, increasing the demand for optimised processes capable of crunching Terabytes of data extracted by sensory equipment mounted on robotics agents such as drones and AGVs.
This data explosion started to be deployed on different spatial realms through VR, AR and more recently Mixed Reality experiences. A one day Cutting Edge Science Symposium on Responsible AgTech Innovation
About this Event
In May this year, CSIRO's Digiscape Future Science Platform and Responsible Innovation Future Science Platform will be hosting a one day Cutting Edge Science symposium on Responsible AgTech Innovation.
This full day event will bring together key stakeholders to explore how the combination of science, agriculture and responsible innovation can strengthen Australian farming and land management.
The symposium will run as a hybrid event, with attendees joining us both In-Person and Online.
The In-Person event element will run at Customs House, in the Brisbane CBD.
The Online experience will run via our virtual hub. Content will be streamed live and sessions will be interactive. You will also have networking tools allowing you to connect virtually with the other symposium attendees.

In 2021, the curated program will run over two days, giving us the opportunity to dive deep into those the most important areas of digital innovation.
The In-Person activations will run in multiple venues across Brisbane, enabling our digital community to meet, engage and collaborate.
In-person attendees will again be able to benefit from masterclasses, networking drinks, SD crossover events and other goodness we have yet to imagine.
The Online experience will run via our virtual hub with content from the main stage streamed live.

On the final day of the festival, local Brisbane businesses have the opportunity to throw open their doors to the wider community, showcasing their projects, services and digital aptitude.
Run as short, sharp and punchy sessions ... we call these events 'Open Studios'.
Open Studios are free to attend and do not require a Something Digital ticket. In 2021 we expect our Open Studios to again be a mix of online and in person events.
