After a turbulent year Tesla displays a position on strength among Silicon Valley Tech Giants

Tesla, the disruptive Silicon Valley carmaker are capitalising in their major ‘techie’ advantage.

After enduring several months of discontent, Tesla has snapped back in time to turn a profit in the third quarter. As it turns out, the timing was excellent, given the volatile state Silicon Valley tech-industry is currently experiencing.

At base, Tesla innovates in the pursuit of a noble mission: to deal with a global climate catastrophe by freeing humanity from a dependence on fossil fuels. Apart from the media’s coverage of Musk’s Twitter feed, there’s almost zero commitment to advertising, the business that defines Facebook and Google.
